I want to thank you and your team for a wonder tour of the Loire Valley Chateaux with Alain. Charlie and I had a very good time and a memorable day. Alain is an incredible, knowledgeable and personable guide. We had a wonderful time...Chambord, Clos Luce and Chenonceau were really great to see. And it was even better with a personal driver and guide.

Access Europe team of Margarita (an Italian) and her driver did a very good job communicating,  adjusting the tours on the fly and generally herding us ( we only lost Sybil and Max for a few minutes at the Sagrada Familia!).  The two cava tours were excellent....both very good producers with completely contrasting business styles:  one is a small family operation in an old farmhouse (with caves) and the other a much larger, very upscale "Mondavi style" operation, including the 86 year old patriarch who greets you to share a glass of Cava after your tour!

We are back home in New York and I just wanted let you know how pleased we were-again-with the services that Access Europe provided in France.  Maxime, our driver, was an excellent resource and Alain, our tour guide, was one of the best we have ever had.

Everything is absolutely wonderful.  Our day in Toulon was actually one of my favorites!  Driver was fantastic and we found an amazing place for lunch in the beach.

Just wanted to follow up and tell you that our trip to Scotland was truly amazing and the accommodations surpassed our expectations.  Our tour guide Gabe was FABULOUS; he expertly drove and guided us throughout the whole week and was a fountain of knowledge about all things Scotland.  We all loved him!

I would like to pass on my sincere thanks for all the care that we received whilst on holiday. I appreciate that I did make several changes to my itinerary last minute and you were all very accommodating. Everything went off without a hitch and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. Our guides were fabulous and we learnt very much.

Overall we had an excellent vacation. Everyone that we worked with from Access Europe was friendly, courteous and punctual.  We highly recommend the trip to Versailles with Babis, Carla at Padua, and Veronica in Florence. They did an excellent job of making the places we were going to come to life.  Alan, Fabrizio and Marcello were excellent drivers who worked hard to make everyone comfortable. We also enjoyed our tours in Paris and Rome.
